Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Sunaam, operated by Teknesya Networks Pvt Ltd, India (“Sunaam”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act on behalf of the business you register. Sunaam is intended for business use.

3. The service

Sunaam helps you manage online reviews (including AI-drafted replies), your Google Business Profile, WhatsApp review requests, social publishing and local SEO. Features vary by plan and some depend on third-party approvals.

4. Your account

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

5. Subscriptions, billing and cancellation

• Paid plans are billed monthly in Indian Rupees (₹49 / ₹99 / ₹999 for Lite / Standard / Business; Agency is custom), via UPI/Razorpay.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law. Plan features and prices may change with prior notice.
• Each plan includes fair-use limits on AI usage and messaging.

6. AI-generated content

Sunaam uses AI to draft replies, captions and suggestions. AI output can be inaccurate or inappropriate. Nothing is published on your behalf without your approval (human-in-the-loop). You are responsible for reviewing and for any content you choose to publish.

7. Third-party platforms

Sunaam connects to services such as Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), WhatsApp and payment providers. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their acts, availability or decisions (including suspending or removing listings or accounts).

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Sunaam to:

• Post fake, deceptive or incentivised reviews, or otherwise violate any platform’s policies.
• Message customers who have not consented, or send spam or unlawful content.
• Infringe others’ rights, or upload unlawful, harmful or misleading material.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service.

9. Your content

You retain ownership of the business information and content you provide. You grant Sunaam a limited licence to process and use it solely to provide and improve the service for you. You are responsible for having the rights and consents needed for the data you add, including customer contacts.

10. Intellectual property

Sunaam, its software, design and trademarks are owned by Teknesya Networks Pvt Ltd. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service; no other rights are granted.

11. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee particular ratings, rankings, review volumes or business outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid to us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Sunaam against claims arising from your use of the service, your content, or your breach of these Terms or of applicable law.

13. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Sunaam and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or misuse the service. On termination, your right to use the service ends; certain provisions survive.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at the registered office of Teknesya Networks Pvt Ltd, India.

15. Changes and contact
